First of all, thank you so much! This was drawn for a challenge - I am not very comfortable with body anatomy. Please help on how to add backgrounds (even just the blank one was hard for me) and how to make it look even more realistic. Any other advice is super appreciated, too!

Hmm, it's pretty realistic, and the proportions look correct. I think you did a pretty good job.
